Welcome to our race!

Our third year's Oban Sea Kayak Race is on Saturday 25th August 2012 at 1pm and is open to single or double sea kayaks, sea kayak teams and ocean surf skis.

The race begins and ends at Oban on Scotland's beautiful west coast and covers a distance of 20km. The race circumnavigates the beautiful and rugged Island of Kerrera. It's a demanding route, through remote and exposed waters, but one that promises a memorable and fun event. Come and join us!

Camping can be arranged on a first come basis at Kilbowie Outdoor Centre (details and prices shown) and paid for through the website paypal system together with the entrants fee.

All proceeds from Oban Sea Kayak Race will be in aid of Oban Lifeboat. The 2011 race raised £1500 for Oban's Lifeboat.
